1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and uubd07 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at uubd07.net and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the uubd07 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the uubd07 Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Registration Information

When registering an account on uubd07, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your identity or age, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of your account.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on uubd07. If we identify that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses awarded across those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated during the period of policy breach pending a full investigation.

2.4 KYC Verification

uubd07 may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. All KYC documents submitted to uubd07 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the uubd07 Service is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. uubd07 does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your uubd07 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. uubd07 will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Currency

All uubd07 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, transaction records, bonus amounts, and withdrawal requests are all expressed in BDT. uubd07 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to deposit using a payment instrument denominated in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate and associated fees — uubd07 accepts no responsibility for such charges.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. uubd07 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, deducted from any remaining balance. Prior to applying this fee, uubd07 will send a notification to the email address registered on your account. If your balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your uubd07 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Accounts cannot be closed while there are unresolved disputes or pending transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits are credited to your uubd07 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment network.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to uubd07 are processed within 1–6 hours for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions for verified accounts. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on card issuer processing times. uubd07 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud checks, or bonus wagering requirement reviews. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

uubd07 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, particularly for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Where the original payment method is no longer available, you will be required to submit supporting documentation and identity verification before an alternative withdrawal method is approved.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the uubd07 payment system for any purpose other than funding your personal gambling account and withdrawing legitimate winnings. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to gamble, conducting reverse transactions to exploit payment processor mechanics, or using uubd07 as a money transfer intermediary are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

If uubd07 determines that a player has abused our bonus system, we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to close the player's account.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

This ensures that game outcomes are independently random and not influenced by previous results, by the size of the player's bet, or by the player's account history. 7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of uubd07 to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their uubd07 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Termination

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

uubd07 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, uubd07 will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or non-material amendments may be made without notice. The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, is always the operative version governing your use of the Service. Continued use of the uubd07 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Termination by uubd07

uubd07 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed by uubd07 other than for cause, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

10.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and definitive version.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.
